-Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of the action plan to achieve the store's business goals,and lead the team to complete the store's sales goals;
2. Responsible for supervising the normal and standardized operation of the store operation system;
3. Responsible for supervising the store image, service quality, display and other work to meet the company's unified standards;
4. Responsible for the management and control of store assets, low-value consumables, and daily administrative expenses;
5. Responsible for managing store inventory and carrying out inventory work;
6. Responsible for daily store and personnel management, including corporate culture construction, employee training, etc.

-Experience requirements:
1. 2-4 years experience in store management(Experience in related electronic cigarette sales is preferred)
2. Responsible for the organization and management of the store
3. Lead a proactive team
4. Can stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of employees
5. Have good communication skills
Language requirements: English, Polish proficiency
