OLDWICK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–A.M. Best Co. has revised the outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the financial strength rating of B+ (Good) and issuer credit rating of “bbb-” of Northwest GF Mutual Insurance Company (Eureka, SD). Northwest GF Mutual Insurance Company’s outlook was revised to negative due to its continued poor underwriting results in 2010, following poor underwriting performance in 2008 and 2009, which led to the company to post operating losses in each of those years.
